In partnership with the Rideau Envirnmental Leaugue, these tours of the Swale in Smiths Falls are focused on bringing wetlands, their environmental power, and fragility to the forefront. Historical Smiths Falls Canoe Tours
We are excited to partner with Hertitage House and the Town of Smiths Falls in offering two tours on Aug 23rd. They will start on the grounds of the Heritage House Museum, then walk to Lower Reach Park, where we will paddle up the Rideau. We will pass through the Combined Locks, which have the highest rise of any lock on the Rideau system, and the Detached Locks….
