Come to Lower Reach Park, Smiths Falls, on June 7, 2025, to celebrate a day on and beside the UNESCO World Heritage Rideau Canal. This is a day of fun and outdoor activities for the whole family, featuring canoe races, free tours, children’s activities, exhibitors, and entertainment. The Rideau Roundtable owns two 32-foot-long replica Montreal-style voyageur canoes that are featured in the races and tours. It is just an hour’s drive from Ottawa or Kingston through beautiful rural scenery. Admission and all activities are FREE.
