The Rideau Roundtable, in collaboration with the Heritage House Museum, is excited to offer a day of historical tours through the Rideau Canal of Smiths Falls!

There will be a morning and an afternoon tour. Both will start on the grounds of the Heritage House Museum, then walk to Lower Reach Park, where we will paddle up the Rideau. We will pass through the Combined Locks, which have the highest rise of any lock on the Rideau system, and the Detached Locks.

To finish, there will be a guided historical walk through downtown, back towards Heritage House Museum.
